We understand that attendance at in-person events may change if University, State, or Federal guidelines change because of changing circumstances related to the pandemic.
The State of CA (https://covid19.ca.gov/safely-reopening) and CDC have ongoing guidance for precautions during the pandemic (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/health-departments/breakthrough-cases.html).
We will be closely, and carefully, following UC Davis guidelines related to COVID at all times. As time gets closer to the conference, we will update attendees on any special circumstances that may be imposed.

If guidelines change for attendees, we have the capability of refunding registrations. We encourage everyone to get their vaccines prior to committing to the conference but we also understand when circumstances change.
