The WC4 Conference is seeking abstract submissions. The abstracts that are accepted will be asked to present a poster at the WC4 conference. We welcome abstract submissions on all relevant colorectal cancer screening topics including increasing CRC screening, reducing health disparities, government rules and regulations related to CRC, or survivorship.
Registration: You can submit your abstract without being registered. However, the presenting author must be registered at the time of the conference to present their work.
Abstract limit: You may submit up to two separate abstracts for consideration. The selection committee may select both, one or neither may be selected during the approval process (500 words max).
Abstract type: You may submit abstracts that fall in line with the themes of the conference. All submissions will receive equal consideration. Anyone, of any expert level, is encouraged to submit an abstract.
What happens next?: Once you have submitted an abstract it will be reviewed by the committee around the deadline date. You will be contacted once the committee has completed their review. This will be after the deadline date has past.
If selected for a poster: You will be provided with poster printing instructions. You will need to bring your poster to the conference on the first day. You will be instructed on where to display your poster.
You must follow the instructions below, and submit your abstract by January 31st 2023, midnight Pacific.
